We stand by the value of the Mentality Playbook and want every athlete to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all digital playbook orders. If within 14 days of purchase you’re not satisfied with your results, email us and we’ll make it right — no hard feelings.

We’ll issue a full refund if:

• You didn’t receive your file after purchase.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You accidentally purchased the wrong version or mis-downloaded the file.
• You decide the playbook isn’t for you (buyer’s remorse).

How to request a refund

1. Email ownthemental@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Briefly explain the reason for your request (this helps us improve).
3. We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Important: Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase. Because this is a digital product, access to the file will be revoked after a refund is issued.
